Good old door lock of abstract figural form, with rectangular panel housing traversing lock, on short bent legs, and pointed tapered horns above. Mellow dark brown patina with encrusted deposits. Custom base. The granary door lock was a physical and spiritual protector, and the incised patterns also had symbolic significance. |
