Description: Blue and yellow color, core-formed amphoriskos, having a tapered body with rounded shoulders, a cylindrical neck, flaring to the broad disk rim, and with applied handles. The body with drapery bands of opaque yellow and dark blue in a finely marvered feather pattern, threads wound spirally around the neck, and an applied yellow thread at the edge of the rim. Overall silvery iridescent surface patina. Repaired from approximately seven large original pieces with restoration over the break lines. Custom metal base.
