Description: |
Fine natural buff color pottery standing figure depicted with a fancy hairdo with incised striated details, and small black obsidian ear ornaments. Beautifully sculpted facial features. Very naturalistic musculature, arms held slightly away from the sides and splayed legs. Wearing double strap sandals with large double puff ball ornaments, highlight with white pigment. Excellent ancient surface patina with deposits. Both arms repaired and reattached, lower legs and head reattached with restoration over the break lines. Missing three left hand finger tips. Custom lucite base. An exceptional example. |
