A handle is your screen name. This is what comes up when you make a bid. It allows you to keep track of where you are in your bidding, while keeping your identity private.
Go to Detailed Search at the top of the page. Then go to the Search by Lot Number tab. Then enter the lot # you want. Be sure to include the full 3 digit number (i.e. 001 - not 1, 030 - not 30).
